About the Job
The main accountabilities as Contract Manager are:
 * Manage contractual relations with clients, partners and stakeholders, including drafting contractual correspondence.
 * Accompany project directors in the setup of project policies and align contract and claim management policy.
 * Function as a business partner for project directors.
 * Define and enforce project contract strategy.
 * Ensure contract and claim management throughout all projects.
 * Monitor and analyse issues, anticipate risks, and identify opportunities.
 * Draft amendments, reviews, and qualification of contractual agreements.
 * Support the proposal team on pre‑award contractual matters.
Qualifications
 * University level education; Master’s Degree in Engineering or Law.
 * Minimum of five years of extensive experience as a Contract Manager.
 * Profound conceptual understanding and mastery of contract and claim management, with the capacity to challenge and change existing policies.
 * Strong understanding of project management and proven senior management skills.
 * Strong communication and influence skills, with the capacity to motivate, engage, and change behaviour.

 * Deep understanding of the Construction process.
 * Confirmed Management & Leadership Skills.
 * Confirmed Interpersonal and influential skills.
 * Fluency in Spanish and English.
