Trade Marketing Manager
to lead and oversee our Spanish Trade Marketing operations.
The position is based in our Madrid office - Hybrid 3 days in the office.
OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Trade Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally to deliver compelling shopper experience and drive growth across all retail channels in Spain
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning:
Build and execute a comprehensive Trade Marketing plan tailored to the Spanish market, aligned with the overarching UK and EU marketing strategies. Retailer Collaboration:
Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key Spanish retail partners. Go-to-Market Execution:
Plan and implement launch strategies, in-store activations, and online campaigns aligned with SharkNinja’s brand positioning. Consumer Engagement:
Develop creative and localized campaigns to increase product awareness, engagement, and in-store/online conversions. Events & Trade Shows:
Identify, plan, and execute participation in relevant trade shows and retailer events that support revenue objectives. Point of Sale Optimization:
Evaluate current POS tools and implement improvements; define and monitor key success metrics (e.g., NPS, DAS). Digital Retail Strategy:
Lead the strategy and execution of Brand Shops and digital merchandising across e-retailer platforms. Retail Data Management:
Ensure accurate and timely product data is provided to retail partners for listings and online experiences. Budget Ownership:
Manage retailer coop budgets to support trade marketing initiatives and maximize ROI in collaboration with retail partners.
Key Skills: Experience:
Minimum 5 years in Trade Marketing, ideally within the consumer goods or retail sector Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly. Communication:
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, fluent in both Spanish and English. Collaboration:
Excellent stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. Creativity & Innovation:
