✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
~3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a PMO environment.
~ Professional background in cybersecurity projects is a strong advantage (understanding of threats, compliance, risk assessments, audits, or penetration testing).
~ Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in project tracking, documentation, and delivery management.
~ Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).
~ Proven experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
~ Fluent Spanish – working language in the local environment.
~ Fluent English – required for international collaboration.
~ Fluent Russian – mandatory for communication with Russian-speaking teams and stakeholders.
~ Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work autonomously while maintaining team alignment.
~ Technical understanding (no hard coding skills required, but ability to grasp technical topics in IT or cybersecurity).
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities and project follow-up across international teams.
Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and the group leadership.
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery coordination.
Contribute to PMO-like activities, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, and action item tracking.
Help implement efficient project governance and best practices across teams.
Stay current with industry trends in project management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation .
