Job Description
Airbus Helicopters is looking for a SAP Product Manager, Digital Enablement & Learning Platforms (f/m/d) to join our ERP team based in Albacete, Spain.
Role Overview
The role focuses on orchestrating the strategy, governance, and technical integration of learning platforms. You will develop a portfolio of Digital Adoption Platforms (SAP Enable Now and WalkMe) to support our global workforce in navigating SAP workflows with minimal friction.
Responsibilities
* Define the multi‑year roadmap for digital enablement tools, ensuring they scale with our SAP S/4HANA journey.
* Establish governance to standardise in‑app guidance and help documentation, setting global UI/UX standards for overlays.
* Translate business process requirements into technical user stories and manage the product lifecycle.
* Oversee integration of learning platforms with other enterprise systems (LMS, ServiceNow).
Qualifications & Skills
* Several years of experience in IT Product Management, Digital Transformation or Educational Technology within the SAP ecosystem.
* Expertise managing WalkMe and SAP Enable Now at an enterprise scale.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a comparable field.
* Analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Knowledge of how DAP layers interact with browser DOM elements (HTML/CSS) and SAP GUI.
* Experience leading sprints and managing backlogs using Jira.
