Responsibilities:
1. Key Responsibilities
2. develop and grow the business of customers portfolio in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account Management, and Category Management
3. define and execute an annual customer plan in order to develop the potential of the categories (based on international core range and NPD)
4. conduct annual negotiations and monitor the implementation of agreed trading conditions
5. present & list of new products in the assortment matrix of customers
6. develop, coordinate and implement the promotional grid and marketing standards of the company with customers
7. forecast sales volumes on monthly basis
8. Additional Responsibilities
9. execute Trade Marketing Budgets and Plans for KA including the full Marketing Mix
10. develop and prepare sales reports and control of budgets, investments
11. complete understanding of customers’ business activity and build effective relationship
12. act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions
13. play an integral role in identifying white spots and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients
14. Interactions (internal & external)
15. Local Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Salesforce
16. Retailers, 3rd party Merchandising Companies
17. International Key Account Managers, sales and brand group responsible
Qualifications:
18. Professional Experience and Education
19. university degree
20. 3-5 years of FMCG Key Account Management experience
21. Specific Knowlegde
22. strong knowledge & understanding of KA, customers & competitors
23. good understanding of the overall sales processes including other areas (marketing / finance / logistics) and key account management relevant processes
24. full understanding of client P&L and ways to activate
25. good understanding key financial figures

27. strong communication & ability to manage change
28. analytical and strategic thinking
29. good negotiation, influencing, and conflict mediation skills to support rapid decision and problem resolution
