In this role you own the risk management product, defining scope, governance, and the operating model to embed risk practices in business and IT decisions. You lead end-to-end risk activities, maintain the risk register, and drive improvements across the organization. Working with information security teams and business stakeholders, you report key risks to management and governance bodies.

The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid model requiring on-site presence at least 40%. You will shape the risk management framework and coordinate cross-product risk assessments to support the company’s integral security program.

- Define and own the Risk Management scope, operating model, roadmap and KPIs aligned with CIS and GRC strategy
- Establish risk governance structures, decision rights, committees and escalation paths
- Drive end-to-end delivery of risk initiatives with milestones and stakeholder coordination
- Define and maintain the enterprise risk framework, policies, templates and taxonomies
- Operate the unified risk register and enable end-to-end risk activities across group levels
- Coordinate risk assessments and monitoring across CIS products and services
- Aggregate, govern, and drive closure of risks from controls assessments, audits and other security reviews
- Provide dashboards and reporting to management and governance bodies to monitor KRIs and risk trends

Responsabilidades
\n
- Bachelor in Cybersecurity
- 5+ years of experience in information security, IT security, risk management or related roles
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC are a plus
- Strong understanding of NIST SP 800-39, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27005
- Experience with GRC/risk platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC) and reporting xugodme tools like Power BI
- Experience managing stakeholders across IT, OT, engineering and business management
- Excellent analytical and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Willingness to travel to Liebherr sites up to 20% (mainly Europe)
