Join a large-scale, general organisation at the forefront of digital transformation. We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to spearhead a major Domain Automation Transformation Programme spanning multiple business domains and operating companies.
In this high-impact role, you’ll own the end-to-end delivery of cross-domain initiatives, orchestrate multiple Agile teams, and ensure alignment across backlogs, stakeholders, and delivery streams. What you’ll do:
Lead delivery across several domains, ensuring quality, pace, and alignment with strategic goals
Maintain a 360° view of programme health, tracking progress and performance across multiple workstreams
Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and balance competing priorities
Drive clarity across product backlogs, dependencies, and delivery sequencing
Own risk, issue, and dependency management across domains and teams
Support Agile delivery teams with strong practices, metrics, and governance
Provide concise, insightful reporting to senior leadership
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Programme Manager in automation or digital transformation
Hands-on leadership of multiple Agile teams and multi-domain backlogs
Strong stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills
Expertise in Agile, hybrid delivery models, and end-to-end delivery governance
Track record of managing complex risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery
Excellent communication and influencing skills, including at senior levels
Nice to have:
Experience in federated/group-model organisations
Exposure to domain-driven design or technical delivery programmes
Background in automation-focused initiatives
Experience in regulated industries
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, RAID/delivery dashboards
This position is based in
Barcelona with 2-3 days per week required in the office.
The position can be offered on a
permanent
or
contract basis
(Autonomo basis) at either
approx €65,000 per annum
or approx. €500 per day .
