Responsibilities
From order flow to execution, hedging, settlement, and monitoring electronic pricing, you’ll manage every step with precision.
Generate actionable insights to refine strategies and optimize pricing mechanics.
Ensure accurate trade records, reporting, and PnL tracking, driving transparency and operational excellence.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to fuel trading revenue in alignment with our ambitious business plan and be able to drive more trading volumes through new and existing clients.
Work closely with colleagues across departments and the group to enhance internal trading systems and our tech stack.
Follow institutional-grade trading best practices to deliver first-class service in every interaction.
Requirements
Min 6 years of experience in trading with a leading institution, ideally across digital assets, commodities, equities, FX, fixed income, or derivatives.
Strong familiarity with electronic trading systems (including algorithmic and benchmark execution) and end-to-end trade processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Computer Science.
Exceptional understanding of trade execution, risk management, and market dynamics.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive independently when needed.
Results-driven with a knack for decision-making and a desire to excel in a fast-paced environment.
An interest in the crypto industry is a major plus, especially with hands-on crypto experience. xpzdshu

Comfortable working weekends and public holidays when required.
