Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated bilingual Assistance Coordinators to join our growing team at Unimedcare. This role involves coordinating travel and medical assistance services for patients in need worldwide, ensuring timely and efficient responses to emergencies, managing case files, and providing 24/7 support.

The idóneo candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations with exceptional problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate assistance for travelers, ensuring the provision of the necessary services.
\n
- Manage case files from initiation to resolution, ensuring the highest quality of care and timely service delivery.
\n
- Liaise with hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical teams to ensure optimal treatment and support for clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including multilingual agents, to ensure seamless service delivery across multiple regions.
\n
- Offer support to patients, ensuring effective communication and resolution of medical emergencies.

Qualifications

- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
\n
- Experience in any coordination roles, assistance services, or a related field is a bonus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box in high-pressure situations.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.

- Proficient in using CRM systems and case management software.

- Willingness to relocate to Tetouan or currently based in the region.
