T Cloud Public is looking for an expert Finance and Cost Manager who can drive the end-to-end operational delivery of the unit. An exciting opportunity to be part of the growth story. We will accept candidatures from different Spanish locations, such as Granada, Sevilla, Valencia, Bilbao, Santiago, Zaragoza, Palma, Oviedo.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Management
Cost responsibility for Cost collector PSP-s/WBS-s
Approval of orders and tracking
Booking of goods receipt (for Supplier Service Charge)
Booking of internal cost allocation from Product side to Business side against revenue/usage
Cost tracking, BU forecast of costs and cost allocation, tracking and month‐end closing
Revenue Controlling & Reporting
Reporting of customer contracts and their revenues including cost‐center split for license reporting
LBU revenue and cost controlling
Reporting of invoiced revenues and tracking of upfront booking accruals and their releases
Revenue share / service charge reporting to strategic supplier and organizing & leading the following Q&A meeting
Giving input / taking part in business case calculations for deals or the entire platform
Budget & Administration
iPF (budget planning)
Miles+ (timing tool) – admin for the department
Drive the digitalization and automation of manual tasks
Qualifications
Education
Finance/Business degree or Business Informatics
Experience
Minimum 8 years as Finance and Cost Manager or similar role in finance in a large enterprise
Ideal candidate has handled end‐to‐end operational delivery of finance in a unit
Has managed complex dependencies in finance and organizational topics
Has conducted business analysis at operational and organizational level
Hands‐on in SAP and data retrieval from databases
Extensive experience in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Has collaborated with central finance teams in a large organization

German (fluent or advanced)
