About the Role
We are looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are fluent in German, Dutch, or Nordic languages to join our growing international team in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across Germany, Netherlands, and Nordic countries
- Generate high-quality sales leads through calls, emails, and social media
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to qualify opportunities
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track sales activities
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Fluent in German,Dutch, or any Nordic language
- Strong English skills (B2/C1)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
