**What you will do**
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget following the quality criteria agreed by the business.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal or external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility of the proposal in coordination with the technical teams.
- Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals in order to identity risks and perform the required corrective actions and communication to all stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation according to Equifax’s requirements including spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
- Executes and lead the execution of tasks as defined in the project management plan in order to achieve the project goals and actively manages project risks.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs following a change control process.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with clients and relevant stakeholders as needed.
- Manages project closure activities, including gathering lessons learned.
**What experience you need**
- Proven working experience in project management through a multiple projects managing approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Experience of Agile software delivery and the role Product Owner within an Agile model is a plus
- Experience with project management software tools.
