Our head office is in Alicante (Spain) and we have units across Southern Europe and the Mediterranean coast: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece and the Greek islands.
Responsibilities
Personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for national and international clients.
Advice and sales skills in car rentals.
Qualifications
Advanced level of English and Spanish (a second language will be a plus: Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test is required.
Experience in customer service. Kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility are necessary skills for the position.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
