PFor our international customer in Valencia, we are looking for a hybrid Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer /ppbr/ppEU candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates need to be based in Valencia or willing to relocate to Valencia. Candidates need to be versátil to work across time zones, including alignment with US Eastern Time where required. /ppbr/ppWork permit is not provided. Candidates need to be fluent in English. /ppbr/ppbTasks and responsibilities: /b /pulliDesign, develop, and implement solutions supporting the HCM application portfolio; /liliProvide ongoing support and maintenance for assigned platform systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and timely application of security updates; /liliCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for system enhancements and process improvements; /liliAnalyze software and business requirements and work closely with development teams to deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs; /liliCoordinate with IT and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery in accordance with SDLC standards, governance, and best practices; /liliContinuous improvement and automation within HCM systems and related business processes; /liliProvide HCM application support and troubleshooting during EST business hours; /li /ulpbr/ppbProfile: /b /pulliBachelor or Master degree; /lili+10 years of relevant IT experience; /liliStrong experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting HR applications, including Benefits and Compensation solutions. /liliIn-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools, SQRs, PS Queries, scripts, and DataStage. /liliExpertise in PeopleSoft techno-functional consulting across Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Pension, and Tax modules. /liliAdvanced experience with Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, XML Publisher, SQL, and data analysis tools. /liliExperience with Workday and cloud migration projects, including data conversion from on-premises PeopleSoft environments. /liliKnowledge of third-party integrations and cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure. /liliStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. /liliSolid understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, IT service management, change management, and SDLC processes. /liliExposure to automation and AI initiatives within HCM systems and functions. /liliFluency in English; /li /ul
