**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced **Commodity Trader** to join our team, focusing on both the buying and selling of waste paper materials in the European market. The role offers the flexibility to work from home (WFH) but will require travel and time spent in Dubai or Europe for key meetings, client visits, and other business needs. The compensation package includes a fixed salary with a major portion based on commission, rewarding performance and successful transactions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sourcing and Procurement**:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of waste paper and recyclables suitable for the European market. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure value and reliability for the company.
- **Sales and Trading**:
Develop and maintain relationships with buyers in the waste paper and recycling industry. Negotiate sales contracts and ensure smooth execution of trades.
- **Supplier and Buyer Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both suppliers and buyers across Europe, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration. Secure timely shipments and resolve any supply chain issues.Work closely with freight forwarders to ensure efficient logistics, timely delivery, and smooth coordination of shipments.Stay updated with market trends, pricing fluctuations, and regulatory changes affecting the waste paper and recycling industries in Europe. Provide insights to drive both buying and selling strategies.Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials. Monitor shipments and address any logístical challenges that arise.Manage procurement and sales-related documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulatory requirements in Europe.Prepare reports on trading activities, supplier/buyer performance, and inventory levels to support business decision-making.**Your Profile**:

- Valid European Driving License (mandatory)

- Willingness to travel within Europe and to Dubai as required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster long-term client and colleague relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Familiarity with trading regulations and compliance requirements in Europe
