The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains and is responsible for developing strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring they understand HBX’s value proposition and tools to maximize revenue growth. Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is crucial. The role involves optimizing, managing, and enhancing hotel portfolios via Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial terms, and tailoring product offerings to integrate into their ecosystem.This role also focuses on meeting or exceeding performance and financial targets, driving profitability and differentiation, and fostering long-term relationships through joint-value proposals. Candidates should be based in Spain or anywhere in Europe.Position Requirements
