We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical assistance.
* Track key demands and bugs for customers, and work with the product team to promote product optimization.
* Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate risks in critical systems and ensure system stability.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
* Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
* Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize cloud-based architectures.
* Knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Hands-on experience with network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
* Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
* Proficiency in Chinese and English languages.
* Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
