Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and conduct clinical research studies in compliance with protocols, GCP (Good Clinical Practice), and regulatory requirements.
* Recruit, screen, and enroll eligible patients/participants into clinical trials.
* Obtain informed consent and ensure participants are fully informed about study procedures and potential risks.
* Administer investigational drugs and perform clinical assessments, including vital signs, blood draws, ECGs, and other study-related procedures.
* Monitor participants for adverse events and report them in accordance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including case report forms (CRFs), source documents, and electronic data capture systems.
* Liaise with principal investigators, sponsors, and CROs (Contract Research Organizations) to ensure smooth study operations.
* Participate in site monitoring visits, audits, and inspections as required.
* Educate participants about study protocols, visit schedules, and any follow-up requirements.
* Support the ethical and professional conduct of clinical research in alignment with institutional and national standards.
Key Requirements:
* GCP Certificate
* Minimum 3 years experience
* Own car and license
