Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead strategic AI and Generative AI initiatives as a regional SME, shaping scalable AI solutions in collaboration with business partners. You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML capabilities that address complex problems, and build robust data pipelines to support training and evaluation of models. You’ll mentor engineers, ensure solid software and model documentation, and stay ahead of industry advances to continuously improve product offerings. This is a mission-driven role with global impact in a patient-focused company.

• Lead design, development, and deployment of AI solutions at scale in partnership with business SMEs and cross-functional teams
• Evaluate requirements and feasibility to define effective AI/ML solutions
• Build and maintain data pipelines for training/testing/evaluating LLMs and other models
• Stay current with GenAI and traditional AI/ML research and integrate relevant advances
• Improve model performance, robustness, scalability, and efficiency
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists
• Ensure code and model development are well-documented per EW engineering practices
• Perform incidental general and administrative tasks as required
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s Degree
• ≥6 years in Software Development or Engineering with enterprise-scale or complex/novel systems experience
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or similar
• Experience deploying AI/ML models to production
• Experience with AWS or Cloud Infrastructure Services
• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn
• Strong experience with deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs)
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies
• Experience and training in the technologies used for development
