We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an international Insurance client. Hybrid work required, Barcelona. Minimum 5 years of previous experience.

Responsibilities
\n
Facilitate collaboration and onboarding between teams in Barcelona and France.
\n
Support delivery teams with limited technical exposure to AWS, Cloud, and streaming in the context of data core streams.
\n
Promote effective teamwork and agile practices (Management 3.0 principles) and foster strong soft skills.
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
\n
Strong soft skills: able to express ideas clearly, resolutive and proactive.
\n
Very strong communication skills; English fluent required; French a plus.
\n
Experience with Scrum Mastering in data/streaming contexts or data-centric programs (Data Core Stream, Program/Service Datahub) is preferred. xugodme
