As the Head of E-Commerce for Tempe, you will define, plan, and oversee the implementation of the global e-commerce strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and objectives.

Your Role:
You will lead and coordinate the e-commerce team to optimize product selection, merchandising, digital marketing, and performance metrics across all international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Define and manage the seasonal commercial strategy for the e-commerce channel, ensuring product selection and merchandising are adapted to the specific needs of each market.
2. Lead the e-commerce team, including product managers and digital marketing specialists, to achieve business goals and maintain alignment across departments.
3. Oversee stock planning, roll-out strategies, and collection updates to guarantee optimal inventory levels and maximize sales.
4. Evaluate customer behavior and provide actionable insights to refine the e-commerce strategy and improve KPIs such as conversion rates and average order value.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Image, Marketing, and Logistics) to ensure seamless execution of the online commercial strategy.
6. Analyze web performance metrics and develop comprehensive digital marketing and communication plans, coordinating web, social media, and promotional campaigns to strengthen the brand's online presence.
