Job Description
As an experienced Paid Social/SEM Manager, you will be responsible for managing the strategic and tactical implementation of social media plans. You will advise clients and advertising agencies on social network strategies and support our media team with daily assistance.
Your role includes running campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, or third-party tracking systems. You should have a clear vision of social media and be able to evaluate campaigns, extract learnings, and incorporate them into client recommendations.
You need to proactively generate new ideas and stay updated on social media developments. Collaborating with clients to understand their goals and how social media can help achieve them is essential. You will investigate target audience behaviors and preferences to enhance social media strategies, aiming for better client results.
Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, monitor, and manage social media campaigns across all funnel stages.
* Work closely with clients, internal teams, media agencies, and external vendors.
* Monitor campaign performance continuously, optimize strategies, and generate insights for future campaigns.
* Support internal social media teams with paid advertising efforts.
* Lead and support the creation and planning of client campaigns.
* Conduct post-campaign analysis, evaluate results, and prepare reports for clients.
* Utilize analytics and social media tools effectively.
* Translate analytical results into creative reports for social and digital campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science, or related fields; or 3-4 years of relevant experience.
* Strong communication skills, proactive, flexible, and dynamic.
* Experience in marketing or media agency environments.
* Comprehensive understanding of social media channels, features, and communication possibilities in a business context.
* Specialization in social media networks.
