Recruiter
, you will play a key role in attracting and selecting top engineering and technical talent for BOLD. You'll manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensure an exceptional candidate experience, and strengthen our employer brand. We're looking for someone who combines speed and precision in hiring with a structured and data-driven mindset, ready to contribute to broader HR initiatives in a fast-growing, international environment.
Responsibilities & Key Functions
- Strategic Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Recruitment)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job brief to offer.
- Implement active sourcing strategies (headhunting, networking, talent pools).
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Use Predictive Index tools to support selection decisions and ensure cultural alignment.
- Ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience throughout all stages.
- Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Design and execute talent attraction initiatives aligned with BOLD's culture and values.
- Strengthen our employer brand through social media, industry events, and university partnerships.
- Build and nurture relationships with passive candidates to maintain a long-term talent pipeline.
- Promote BOLD's visibility across cutting-edge industries such as motorsport and advanced mobility, reinforcing our positioning as an employer of choice.
- Process Optimization & Collaboration HR
- Manage and optimize Bizneo (ATS) to ensure an efficient and traceable selection process.
- Analyze recruitment data and contribute to data-driven hiring and HR analytics projects.
- Collaborate with the HR team on initiatives related to onboarding, learning, engagement, administration, and continuous process improvement.
- Support the development of a consistent, scalable People & Culture function across the company.
What You bring;
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or Engineering (specialization in people management or business).
- Additional training in competency-based interviews, Predictive Index, or employer branding is a plus.
Desirable Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR Business Partnering, preferably in engineering, automotive, or motorsport industries.
- Proven experience in headhunting and recruiting for complex technical profiles.
- Experience managing ATS platforms (ideally Bizneo) and analyzing recruitment data.
- Ability to balance speed with process rigor, ensuring both technical and cultural fit.
- Motivation to collaborate beyond recruitment, contributing to broader HR and administrative projects.
