HR & Admin Specialist Employment Type: Full-time Entaclima SL is a subsidiary of the ICOOL Ningbo General Group / Entalpia Europe, specialized in Refrigerants, Insulated Copper Tubes, and HVAC-R materials for the European market. We are currently in an exciting phase of development, establishing our own production facility in Spain. This transformation from distributor to manufacturer reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term growth in the HVAC/R industry. As our HR & Admin Specialist, you will play a foundational role in building and supporting the team that will drive our production operations. You will work closely with the local management and the Group HR function to ensure that our people strategies, administrative processes, and workplace culture are aligned with the needs of a growing manufacturing site. This is a unique opportunity to shape the HR function from the ground up in a dynamic, industrial environment. HR (Focus on Factory & Production Environment) Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for production staff, including operators, technicians, and supervisors, in collaboration with line managers Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires, with a focus on safety, company culture, and role-specific training Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures tailored to a manufacturing environment (e.g., attendance, shift work, overtime, breaks) Maintain accurate employee records and contracts in compliance with Spanish labour law and collective bargaining agreements Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals Assist in managing workplace health & safety (HS&E;) initiatives, including coordination of training and documentation Support workforce planning in line with production targets and seasonal demand Administration Manage day-to-day office administration, including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination Support the local management team with documentation, reporting, and internal communications Ensure compliance with local administrative and legal requirements (e.g., Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical) for HR and administrative records Support the rollout of Group HR initiatives and ensure alignment with local practices Previous experience in an HR / administration role, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environment Strong knowledge of Spanish labour law, employment contracts, and social security processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS / payroll tools Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; working proficiency in English is required for communication with Group HR and international colleagues If you share your CV and personal data with us, we will retain it for 12 months in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
