Ensure accuracy in compliance with Spanish labor laws and regulations. Review and approve payroll transactions, addressing any discrepancies. /lili Compliance: Stay informed about changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements affecting payroll. Ensure compliance with reporting obligations, tax filings, and adherence to salary and hour laws. Implement and update payroll policies and procedures in line with local regulatory changes. /lili Social Security: Calculation, modification, revision and payment of Social Security (SILTRA) /lili Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to clients compensation, taxes, and benefits.
