We're looking for a true hunter, a commercially driven BDM who knows the molecular services space, has real relationships in biotech and pharma, and wants the autonomy to build something meaningful. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with direct influence on TATAA's Global growth.

What You Will Do
* Own new‑logo acquisition, targeting pharma and biotech sponsors running preclinical and clinical programs requiring GLP/GCLP‑compliant molecular analysis.
* Drive the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and lead generation through to proposal, negotiation, and close.
* Build and deepen relationships with scientific, clinical, and regulatory stakeholders who need partners they can trust.
* Represent TATAA at key industry events with intent and commercial focus.
* Work closely with our laboratory, QA, and project management teams to shape solutions that are scientifically sound and commercially compelling.
* Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, NDAs, and contracts within established guidelines.
* Maintain CRM discipline, accurate pipeline data, reliable forecasting, structured follow‑up.
* Collaborate with Project Management, Lab, QA, and Finance to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and compliant.
* Ensure clean handover to delivery teams post‑award, including scope clarity and kickoff readiness.
What You Bring
* MSc in a life science discipline (Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or related)
* 5+ years in life science commercial roles, with at least 2–3 years in CRO or molecular services business development
* Proven experience in clinical or pre‑clinical sales within the life science or CRO space, with a track record of engaging pharma and biotech sponsors.
* A genuine network in biotech and/or pharma, relationships you've built yourself and can activate.
* Experience selling molecular or bioanalytical services such as qPCR, dPCR, NGS, proteomics, or related omics technologies in a CRO or similar setting
* Familiarity with GLP, GCLP, and ISO 17025 regulated environments
* A hunter mindset, you prospect, you follow through, you close and don't wait for inbound.
* Strong consultative selling skills in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
* Proficiency with CRM tools and a disciplined approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
