We are seeking a Legal Counsel who will be supporting the Legal and Compliance Officer based in Spain, in handling daily legal matters for both our B2B and B2C entities.

As part of a small but crucial team reporting to the Chief Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, the Legal and Compliance department plays a key role in advising and assisting the Group to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. You will participate in various aspects of the legal field as needed by the Group, whether that involves advising internal stakeholders, negotiating contracts, or communicating with external parties.
In addition to the legal responsibilities of the role, the idóneo candidate should also be prepared to support and assist with administrative tasks.
What will you be doing?
Provide day‑to‑day legal advice and support to the Group on a range of commercial, corporate, and operational matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and agreements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws.
Assist the Head of Compliance with regulatory and compliance matters in Spain, including monitoring regulatory developments and supporting implementation efforts.
Liaise with external legal advisors and relevant regulatory authorities, helping to ensure the Group remains compliant with applicable regulatory requirements in Spain.
Prepare and submit filings, notifications, and other required documentation on applicable regulatory portals.
Support the Group in handling legal matters and cases in Spain, including coordination with external counsel and internal teams.
Provide administrative and operational support to the legal and compliance function as required.
Who are you?
Law degree (or equivalent legal qualification).
Excellent communication in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
Registered member of a Spanish Bar Association.
Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Possessing a keen attention to detail.
Prior experience collaborating with DGOJ.
