What are we looking for
We are seeking an administrative profile with a good level of English to maintain and enhance customer relationships and work towards achieving organizational and operational objectives. The role involves providing increased responsibility and support to customers and stakeholders.
Smart working (remote 2 days a week)
What you will do
* Respond effectively to internal & external customer queries and requests (creating & confirming quotations and sales orders, checking inventory availability, providing shipping information, confirming pricing, etc.)
* Ensure shipment dates are correct and align with customer requests, coordinating with other departments to meet customer service standards.
* Review and track customer complaint resolutions and other service issues, investigating root causes and involving relevant parties for resolution and follow-up, escalating when necessary.
* Participate in continuous improvement activities, analyze relevant data to evaluate customer service performance, monitor reports and database accuracy, and share KPIs with stakeholders and customers to identify areas for improvement, actively participating in cross-functional initiatives.
What you need to succeed
Experience : 2+ years in customer service
Training :
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
* Desired: Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems; experience in OTC (Order to Cash) processes
Languages : Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
Soft Skills :
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
* Team player, adaptable, flexible, able to work under pressure and manage high workloads
* Good interpersonal skills
