Frontend Engineer - Quantum + AI - 9 months contract - Zaragoza, Spain

The team is backed by major global strategic investors and strong EU support, and is already reshaping how AI is deployed worldwide. As the business expands we are now looking for a Frontend Engineer to join the team in Zaragoza.
Required Qualifications
* 1–4 years of experience building modern web applications with React or Next.js and TypeScript
* Strong foundation in component-based architecture, state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil), and responsive UI frameworks (Tailwind, ShadCN, Material UI)
* Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs and visualizing data from backend services
* Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization and UX design principles
* Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, research-driven interfaces
* Comfortable operating in fast iteration cycles, turning experimental concepts into polished, reliable internal tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building analytics dashboards, experiment-tracking tools, or UIs supporting R&D workflows
* Familiarity with LLM tooling (Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI SDKs) or AI-focused productivity interfaces
* Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, Plotly, ECharts) and telling stories through data
* Understanding of authentication flows (JWT, OAuth2) and scalable API consumption patterns
* Strong product intuition — able to balance technical feasibility, UX quality, and research needs
* Interest in designing interfaces that connect ML research with automation and infrastructure systems
