Customer Service Manager – French Speaking

We are seeking a Customer Service Manager for an international company operating within a digital and service-oriented environment. The role will support the development of a customer service operation based in Valencia, working with multiple European markets in an international and collaborative setting.
Responsibilities
* Set up, lead and develop a multilingual customer service team supporting European customers.
* Define and implement customer service processes, workflows and quality standards.
* Monitor and optimize performance through KPIs such as customer satisfaction, response times and service quality.
* Act as a key link between Customer Service, Product and Technical teams, ensuring customer feedback is translated into actionable improvements.
* Ensure consistency and excellence in customer support across different countries and markets.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through tools, automation and AI-driven solutions.
* Support the scaling of the customer service operation as the company expands.
Requirements
* Native or fluent French, with professional fluency in English.
* 2 years of experience managing or leading customer service or customer success teams in an international context.
* Experience in technology-driven, digital or fast-growing environments.
* Strong analytical mindset with experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
* Excellent people management and communication skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with product, technical and operational teams.
* Interest in technology and innovation applied to customer experience.
