Experteer OverviewIn this role you shape the engineering strategy for Airbus product policy, leading analyses of competitors and driving the technical objectives for new or incremental programmes. You coordinate across Engineering with a focus on vehicle and system integration up to MG2, performing trade-offs to meet requirements. You explore innovative configurations and assess value, cost, and environmental implications to deliver robust, value-driven designs. This is a mission-critical, cross-functional role within a global aerospace leader.

* Interface and integrate Engineering activities to support Airbus product policy
* Lead or support intelligence activities for Engineering across strategy, marketing, sales, and technology
* Define top-level technical objectives and requirements up to MG3 for new programme launches
* Manage activities to meet vehicle design and major constituents' integration up to MG2 for new programmes
* Perform trade-off analyses to select optimal vehicle and system architectures
* Explore technical, manufacturing, and operational aspects of innovative aircraft/vehicle configurations
* Define component design targets for best overall vehicle value and monitor progress with CoCs
* Define, prioritize, and conduct research projects to advance technologies and competencies
* Develop knowledge on environmental aspects and implications
