Purpose of the Role
Drive Profitable growth by providing strategic guidance, focus and execution of all Marketing activities within segments and targeted customers and for the appointed business unit. The position can be located in Valls (Tarragona) or El Prat de Llobregat (Barcelona).
Key Roles & Responsibilities
 * Leading QSR & FoodService Activation by Campaigns & targeted events– Cross category. Leveraging existing Innovation, Global FlavourIQ trends & Insights.
 * Drive Strategic Customers Growth: Through Proactive Activations defined Growth Moments Calendar According To account plans and service level - from Cross Segment content creation to activation
 * He-she is a key member & contributor of the QSR & FoodService GTM teams & the Segment Customer Marketing Team. bringing inspiring market and consumer insights to support new menu development and translating ideas into actionable concepts that engage chefs and guide R&D innovation
 * Own end-to-end project execution with a hands-on approach, ensuring seamless coordination, reporting, and engagement of internal team stakeholders for successful outcomes
 * Enable Innovation Customer Engagement: From Validation to Commercialization
 * Responsible for creation & execution of Segment & Unit Plans (With Business Development as Accountable)
 * Clearly positions Griffith Foods as the preeminent product development partner with key customers, collaborating with cross-functional peers to deliver best-in-class customer solutions
 * Acts as linking pin with global QSRFS teams, ensuring alignment European activation with global focus areas
Functional Knowledge and Education
 * Knowledge of multidisciplinary project management.
 * Planning & execution: Capable of operating individually and to advance and close multiple projects at the same time.
 * Good financial knowledge. Being able to think in scenarios.
 * Academic/master level, preferably in food technology, technical business admin, business economics, marketing or equivalent work experience
 * English full proficiency – Job requires English as primary language
 * French and/or German would be highly valuable.
Business Expertise
 * 5 years’ minimum on previous experience in the QSR or Foodservice Industry. Experience in both B2B and B2C is highly valuable
Travel
 * Willing to travel with an average of 30 – 40%. Mostly within Europe. This will be according to the customers' and internal meetings requirements and service level. Regularly required to participate in cross-functional meetings accross Griffith sites in Europe.
 * Driving license is required.
