Responsibilities
- Learn to develop computer vision (CV) techniques.
- Contribute to the state of the art in image processing applied to space missions for ESA, the European Commission, and commercial customers.
- Develop your skills in the use of CV in space missions such as interplanetary missions, in‑orbit operations (debris removal, satellite servicing), and robotic exploration.
Requirements & Knowledge
- Knowledge about the development of computer vision and image processing algorithms for space missions.
- Software development in Python and/or Matlab/Simulink.
- High level of English, both spoken and written (C1).
- Experience in Computer Vision and Image Processing.
- Understanding of Deep Learning algorithms used in these areas.
- Experience in Python, Matlab, Simulink.
- Experience in the use of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow (asset).
- Knowledge of 3D graphics software such as Blender or 3D engines such as Unity or Unreal (asset).
