Senior DevSecOps Engineer
to take ownership of shaping modern security and automation practices across the engineering organisation. This role involves developing end-to-end DevSecOps strategies, guiding teams toward stronger security maturity, and supporting the rollout of complex software systems within large-scale client environments.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and adoption of DevSecOps practices, ensuring security is integrated throughout the engineering lifecycle.
Build and maintain secure automation, tooling, and workflows to support development, deployment, and infrastructure operations.
Guide and mentor engineering teams on cybersecurity principles, tools, and best-practice implementation.
Evaluate, implement, and optimise security and cloud technologies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and protection.

Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevSecOps or Security Engineering, with strong skills in cloud ecosystems (AWS and/or Azure).
Expertise with core security tools and methods (SAST/DAST, SIEM, penetration testing, incident response, threat modelling).
Strong understanding of network architecture, cryptographic controls, key management, and secure automation (Terraform).
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (e.G., Python, Go, Bash) and solid DevOps workflow knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a track record of ensuring secure, reliable infrastructure.
