Service Delivery Manager at Blue WirelessBased in Spain, the Service Delivery Manager will be the ‘air traffic controller’ ensuring the successful delivery of services across Europe, managing the end‑to‑end process from order intake to order completion. The role will demand a self‑starter, well‑organised, proactive colleague, able to keep an overview, while being able to zoom‑in on specific orders to ensure these are delivered up to Blue Wireless standards. You will keep an open dialogue with our sales teams, customers, and our engineering teams on‑site (both internal and our partners).
So what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)Manage the end‑to‑end process for customer orders and projects, from order intake through to completion and invoicing.
Serve as a key point of contact, interacting with sales teams and customers to verify orders, confirm solutions, and ensure accurate execution.
Coordinates with internal teams and external partners to plan installations, manage timelines, and ensure service delivery meets agreed service levels.
Manages relationships with field engineers and alliance partners across different regions, ensuring work is delivered according to agreed standards, timeline
