ABOUT THE ROLE In this role, you will design and develop AI-driven robotics solutions for clients across healthcare, retail, automotive, and enterprise sectors. You will build production-ready systems and rapid prototypes - from perception pipelines to reinforcement learning workflows – that bring real-world robotic intelligence to life. Your work will directly shape how global clients automate complex operations and scale intelligent systems.
Design and develop AI-driven architectures for diverse robotic systems, covering perception, planning, and control across multiple industry domains
Build and deploy advanced AI and computer vision models in collaboration with research teams to enable real-world robotic intelligence
Work with cross-functional teams and clients to translate operational requirements into scalable, production-ready robotics solutions
Develop synthetic data generation and reinforcement learning pipelines to address real-world data scarcity and training challenges
Integrate robotic systems with cloud services (AWS, Azure) to enable connected, scalable architectures
Apply and adapt modern AI/ML techniques based on ongoing research into emerging robotics trends
Ensure code quality and system reliability through testing, validation, and alignment with architectural standards
6+ years of software development experience with a strong command of C/C++ and Python
~ Hands-on expertise in AI-based robotics perception, computer vision, and agentic systems in applied environments
~ Advanced experience with robotics simulation and synthetic data generation tools such as Isaac Sim, Blender, or Genesis
~ Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and robotics tooling: TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and ROS/ROS2
~ Solid experience with reinforcement learning and imitation learning approaches for robotics applications
~ Proven ability to design software architectures and implement efficient algorithms for complex robotic systems
~ Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, communication protocols, and cloud integration
