Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Challenges: Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
* Results-Driven Focus: Key projects include employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI/CPA).
* Innovation: Design keyword strategies, A/B tests, and advanced analytics to boost ROI.
* Collaborative Culture: Work with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and grow professionally.
* Flexibility: Remote model.
Key Requirements:
* 4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
* Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
* Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B (preferred).
* Track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
* Advanced Spanish (preferred).
