What will you do?
Manage a portfolio of customers advertising on the platform, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor
Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and marketing objectives
Create and present tailored digital advertising strategies that drive measurable results
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer investment and revenue growth
Conduct regular meetings to review performance, share insights, and optimise campaigns
Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
Provide excellent customer service by resolving issues and offering effective solutions
Work with KPIs and revenue targets, consistently achieving or exceeding expectations
Maintain accurate account and pipeline data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and client needs
Candidate profile
Nordic language level of C2, and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
(Norwegian or Swedish or Danish).
Minimum 18 months of experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role
Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of customers
Strong experience in digital advertising or online marketing solutions is a plus
Ability to build trust quickly and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders
Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
