We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist
fluent in English and Spanish
to take ownership of our paid media strategy across multiple brands and markets. The adecuado candidate is data-driven, highly analytical, and passionate about testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns to achieve measurable ROI. You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, developing strategies, and continuously improving performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms. This is a hands-on, performance-focused role that requires strategic thinking, technical know-how, and a creative edge. Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of existing PPC accounts and continuously evolve campaigns to improve performance. Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns
(Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.) targeting English and Spanish-speaking markets. Test and refine ad copy, creatives, and targeting
to boost engagement and ROI. Run structured A/B and multivariate tests
across ads, audiences, and landing pages to identify winning strategies. Experiment with AI-driven ad recommendations and new platform features
to stay ahead of competitors. Continuously optimize bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative formats
to maximize ROAS and minimize wasted spend. Build clear, data-led reports
to track performance, highlight opportunities, and communicate insights to management. Identify data-driven improvements
across all ad accounts and recommend actionable changes. Develop and expand paid social and other performance media channels
beyond PPC. Manage full P&L; responsibility
for paid media activities, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Collaborate
with creative, content, and product teams to align campaign messaging and improve conversion funnels. Stay up to date with search and paid media trends, new ad technologies, and compliance changes
in each platform. Maintain and develop relationships with key platform representatives and media partners
(Google, Meta, Microsoft, etc.). Use attribution modeling
and analytics to evaluate performance beyond last-click and optimize full-funnel results.
Key Requirements:
4+ years
of experience managing high-performance PPC accounts across competitive markets. Proven success managing medium to large budgets
across multiple platforms, channels, and territories. Experience optimizing campaigns for CPA, volume, and ROI. Strong understanding of audience targeting, remarketing, and cross-channel integration. Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Analytics 4. Solid grasp of attribution modeling, conversion tracking, and data-driven decision-making. Strong numerical and analytical skills
— able to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies. A commercial mindset
with experience managing paid media as a revenue-generating function. Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent writing and communication skills in both.
Nice to Have:
Experience in finance, trading, or iGaming
industries. Knowledge of display DSPs, programmatic, or native advertising
platforms. Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools
(Voluum, RedTrack, Everflow, etc.). Experience in content discovery, automation tools
(Make, Zapier, Ads scripts), or feed management. Understanding of compliance requirements
in regulated industries.
