To support their continued international growth, they are looking for Sales Executives to join their Madrid office. They are seeking a confident and driven Account Executive who will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with new potential clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong motivation, and a structured approach to sales.

Native or bilingual level in PolishFull Professional Level in English and/ or Spanish

Collaborate with Sales Specialists to generate leads and convert them into opportunitiesContinuously monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and provide accurate forecastsMeet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives set by the company

1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably working with SMB clients~ Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing~ Ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs (quotas, conversion rates, lead generation targets)~ Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach~ Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar sales automation platforms~ Familiarity with inbound sales methodologies or content-driven sales strategies~ Native level of Polish and fluency xcskxlj in English and/or Spanish

Experience within the SaaS industry, particularly in e-commerce, search, or digital marketing solutionsStrong analytical skills with the ability to track and report on key sales metrics and performance indicatorsFamiliarity with search technologies or digital retail solutionsExpertise in market research and competitor analysis
