In this role, you will drive technology transformation programs within Bain's Technology Delivery Guild, delivering strategic initiatives that modernize tech strategy, architecture, and systems. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage delivery scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure tangible value through end-to-end PMO practices. You’ll work closely with clients to translate insights into actionable plans and measurable outcomes, enabling scalable digital transformations. This is a high-impact role at a top consulting firm focused on operationalizing complex Tech programs.

• Lead end-to-end technology transformation projects and ensure delivery of final outcomes
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and governance with clients and cross-functional teams
• Establish and use PMO tools (Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX) from inception to operations
• Monitor performance against metrics, mitigate risks, and drive timely delivery
• Translate data into insights and present recommendations to decision-makers
• Develop and secure client commitment to implementation plans and value creation
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align PM practices with organizational goals

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree in a tech-related field (preferred) xpzdshu
• 8+ years in consulting or tech-enabled environments
• Experience with large tech transformations and stakeholder interviews/workshops
• Proficient in project management methodologies and program management
• Ability to lead diverse teams and engage clients at senior levels
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience with collaboration across vendors (e.g., IBM, Accenture)
• Knowledge of change management principles
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel regionally
