1. Minimum qualifications
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Experience in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, marketing agency, or a related field through full-time roles, internships, projects, or academic classes. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English to work effectively with stakeholders.
3. Preferred qualifications
4. Passion for Google's products, technology, and leadership in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space. Interest in marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency work, AI, technology, or related fields. Ability to think across disciplines, industries, cultures, and scenarios. Comfort with ambiguity and agility.
5. Ability to develop and understand strategies. Excellent program management and communication skills.

As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you will be part of Google’s global APMM Program for early-career marketers. You will work on priority marketing projects, develop a broad set of marketing skills, join a community of peers and alumni, and receive mentorship from senior leaders. You will also complete learning milestones, participate in programming, and contribute to the community.

You will be assigned marketing projects supporting the EMEA Marketing organization’s goals, making direct contributions within a larger project scope, with general guidance. For example, you may help represent users in product development, develop go-to-market plans for new products, drive growth marketing, contribute to brand strategy, generate user insights, and manage campaigns.

The program offers dedicated learning opportunities, multiple project assignments, and extensive networking within Google Marketing.

* Responsibilities
* Assist in defining and executing go-to-market strategies and campaigns for new products or features, and measure their success against KPIs.
* Assist in developing programs to acquire and engage customers, and evaluate their effectiveness.
* Support evaluation of product and feature improvements to meet user needs and communicate updates to users.
* Help develop narratives, presentations, case studies, and content to accelerate business momentum and engage customers and partners.
* Support marketing tasks within larger projects under guidance from the manager.
