Company : CBRE, a multinational company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, fire protection, mechanical and electrical systems, is seeking candidates for its Projects department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Department of Studies & Offers & Engineering in Barcelona.
Responsibilities / Tasks :
* Study, design, and calculation of installation projects (HVAC specialization valued)
* Preparation of budgets related to electrical and mechanical installations
* Creation of plans and measurements
* Requesting offers and comparisons from subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitoring offers and direct communication with clients
* Technical support to the production department
Knowledge :
* Design and calculation of all types of installations according to current building regulations (REBT, RITE, CTE, etc.)
* High proficiency in HVAC installation design
* Resource management and planning, both personnel and temporal
* High level of English proficiency
Requirements :
* Proven experience in a similar role within engineering or installation companies
* Ability to coordinate and supervise teams, work autonomously, with a service-oriented approach, organized, personable, and problem-solving skills
* AutoCAD skills (REVIT MEP knowledge appreciated)
* Proficiency in Office, especially advanced Excel skills
* Driving license and own vehicle
