On the back of our recent collaborations with The Rolling Stones and David Bowie, are we working on the next phase of the brands expansion. /ppbr/ppCombining tailoring, rock and roll attitude, vintage influences and luxury craftsmanship, PHIX has built a global customer base and is worn by musicians, artists and tastemakers around the world. /ppAs we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional marketing leader to help shape the future of the brand. /ppbr/ppReporting directly to the Founder who is based in our Madrid office, this person will lead PHIX's organic marketing function, overseeing social media, influencer strategy, creative direction, content production and brand storytelling. This is a rare opportunity to play a key role in building one of the most distinctive premium menswear brands in the market. /ppbr/pThe OpportunitypWe are looking for someone who can shape the way PHIX is seen, felt and remembered. Someone with a genuine understanding of fashion, music, culture and modern marketing and the taste level to make a brand feel desirable. The right person will know how to turn products into stories, launches into moments and content into something people genuinely want to engage with. /ppbr/ppYou will lead the brand’s organic marketing presence across social media, influencer partnerships, campaign storytelling, content production and creative direction. Working directly with the Founder, you will help define how PHIX presents itself to a global audience. /ppbr/ppYou will manage a growing team of creatives and work closely with photographers, videographers, editors, influencers and external partners to continue elevating the PHIX brand across every channel. /ppbr/pKey ResponsibilitiesBrand Marketing LeadershipulliLead PHIX's marketing strategy globally /liliWork directly with the Founder on brand growth and creative marketing initiatives /liliHelp define the future direction of the PHIX brand /liliDevelop marketing strategies around collections, launches and collaborations /liliEnsure all marketing activity strengthens brand desirability and premium positioning /liliBuild and manage the organic marketing team as the business grows /li /ulpbr/pSocial Media StrategyulliOwn social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms /liliOversee content calendars and publishing schedules /liliDrive audience growth, engagement and brand awareness /liliEnsure all content feels premium, aspirational and culturally relevant /liliIdentify new content opportunities and platform trends /liliMaintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels /li /ulpbr/pInfluencer, Talent Partnership StrategyulliLead PHIX's influencer and creator marketing programme /liliBuild relationships with influencers, musicians, artists, stylists and cultural tastemakers /liliDevelop gifting, seeding and partnership strategies /liliIdentify talent aligned with the PHIX aesthetic and customer /liliOversee negotiations, collaborations and long-term partnerships /liliMeasure performance and continuously improve results /li /ulpbr/pCreative DirectionulliOversee the creative direction of all social and content output /liliDevelop campaign concepts, content themes and storytelling ideas /liliCreate moodboards, references and creative briefs /liliDirect photoshoots, content shoots and behind-the-scenes productions /liliEnsure all creative output reflects the premium positioning of the brand /liliMaintain exceptionally high creative standards across every touchpoint /li /ulpbr/pMeta Creative StrategyulliLead creative development for Meta advertising /liliWork alongside the paid media team to identify winning creative concepts /liliDevelop new content angles, video concepts and storytelling formats /liliHelp bridge the gap between brand building and commercial performance /liliEnsure advertising creative remains both premium and commercially effective /li /ulpbr/pContent ProductionulliOversee photographers, videographers, editors and content creators /liliManage content planning and production schedules /liliEnsure a constant pipeline of high-quality content /liliImprove creative workflows and production processes /liliReview and approve content before publication /li /ulpbr/pBrand StorytellingulliCreate compelling narratives around collections, products and collaborations /liliBuild emotional connections between customers and the brand /liliBring together fashion, music, culture and craftsmanship within marketing campaigns /liliEnsure messaging remains consistent across all channels /liliHelp transform products into stories customers genuinely connect with /li /ulpbr/pTeam LeadershipulliLead and develop the social, content and influencer team /liliManage freelancers, agencies and external creative partners /liliSet objectives, expectations and creative standards /liliBuild a culture of collaborations /liliCoordinate social media, content and influencer activity around launches /liliCreate anticipation and excitement around key drops /liliWork closely with ecommerce, email and paid media teams /liliEnsure every launch receives maximum organic impact /li /ulpbr/pRequirementsulliMinimum 5 years' experience working within fashion, luxury, premium lifestyle or menswear brands /liliProven experience leading social media, content or influencer marketing functions /liliStrong understanding of luxury and aspirational brand positioning /liliExperience planning and directing fashion campaigns, content shoots and creative projects /liliExperience managing influencers, creators, stylists or talent partnerships /liliExcellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and modern content platforms /liliStrong understanding of Meta creative and content testing /liliExceptional visual taste and creative judgement /liliStrong leadership and team management skills /liliExcellent communication and organisational abilities /liliFluent English required /liliBased in Madrid or willing to relocat /li /ullibr/liIdeal CandidatepYou are obsessed with fashion, music,
