**Associate Producer**:

Smilegate are looking for an Associate Producer to help shape their teams existing standard of excellence. You will work with both the creative and engineering groups on what they aim to be a huge new AAA open world IP, and be part of the day-to-day running of the dev teams and ensuring smooth operations.
**As an Associate Producer you will...**:
- Collaborate with developers on a daily basis to ensure the project is on track
- Be the guardian of progress and propose plans in tandem with the developers on how to resolve challenges
- Work with senior managers in the department, brand and other team members to maximise game quality within time and cost constraints
- Promote the game everywhere by giving demos and presentations
- Present progress of titles at major review meetings, taking full accountability for product status
**For this role, you'll need...**:
- Experience of a full game development lifecycle (pre-production through to release)
- Hands-on experience working with the development team in an internal production capacity
- Comfortability with conflict resolution and distributed team building skills
- Experience of different PM software such as Jira
- Good presentation skills
