What you will do
* Develop and execute the sales strategy for PdM or OEE solutions, ensuring achievement of revenue and demand generation targets
* Lead forecasting and performance reporting, delivering actionable insights to leadership to drive continuous improvement
* Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth
* Collaborate with sales leadership to design and implement impactful training and development programs
* Provide regular feedback and performance updates to senior leadership, contributing to strategic decision-making and overall success
What you bring
* A proven sales leader with 5+ years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams and driving revenue growth
* Deep knowledge of PdM, OEE, or similar technologies, with a strategic ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions
* Experienced in direct, outbound sales with a focus on short sales cycles and closing deals
* Proficient in using and optimizing CRMs (HubSpot preferred) and sales software tools
* Fluent in English and French, with strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners
* Highly energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for growing businesses
* Familiar working in the SME sector, manufacturing space, or with hardware solutions is a plus
* A collaborative team player who excels in both autonomous work and team-driven success
