This hybrid role combines inside sales and customer service management. Recruitment is limited to internal candidates. The position reports directly to the Country Sales Manager Iberia and dotted line to the Customer Service Manager Western EU.Activities vary depending on the assigned functional area and may include, but are not limited to:
Selling products and services by engaging prospective and current customers.Managing and responding to customer concerns, including arranging shipments and product demonstrations.Maintaining sales programs within the territory by updating customers on services, prices, and new products.Monitoring competitive activity and trends.Traveling to customer locations for follow-ups, presentations, or demonstrations.Quoting prices, delivery dates, and terms based on product knowledge and inventory.Preparing activity and sales reports for management.Collaborating with customer service to coordinate sales and expedite orders.Resolving customer issues promptly.Supporting overall sales objectives and acting as a liaison to Field Sales staff.Developing new marketing opportunities through various outreach methods.Occasional travel for trade shows and sales meetings.Providing ROI analysis to customers when applicable.Customer Service Responsibilities
Order Management:
Providing accurate order entry and resolution services via multiple channels.Enquiry Handling:
Managing after-sales support and troubleshooting, communicating with manufacturing locations.Account Management:
Monitoring business, forecasting demand, and maintaining customer price-books.Providing basic technical support and product recommendations to customers.Qualifications
High School Diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior experience in customer service or sales administration is advantageous. Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills are essential. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of selling techniques and negotiation. Proficiency in English.Additional Information
