This role is based in our Marbella office Monday through Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Sourcing:
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, referrals, talent pools and creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify top talent.
* Talent Partnering:
Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, define role requirements and drive strategic hiring decisions.
* Creative & Speculative initiatives:
Use innovative methods to proactively identify and engage top-tier talent — including for future-facing roles.
* Talent Pipelining:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates, keeping a robust pipeline ready for future needs.
* Onboarding:
Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, helping new hires integrate seamlessly and become productive quickly.
* Data-Driven Hiring:
Track, analyze and leverage hiring data to refine our recruitment strategy, optimize processes, and improve time-to-hire.
* ATS & Tools Management:
Own and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain an efficient and structured hiring process.
* Market Insights:
Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to help us remain competitive in attracting top talent.
* Employer Branding & Talent Attraction:
Develop and execute strategies to position NexGen Cloud as an employer of choice, including job descriptions, social media campaigns, recruitment events or employee success stories among others.
What You Bring
* Proven track record of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-growth tech startup or fast-paced environment.
* Strong experience hiring across Technical, Sales and Business roles, with a direct sourcing mindset.
* Deep knowledge of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing extensions—you know how to find top talent!
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills—you influence, advise, and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
* A passion for candidate experience and employer branding, ensuring we stand out in a competitive market.
* Ability to juggle multiple roles simultaneously, prioritizing efficiently in a fast-moving environment.
* A data-driven approach, using analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve hiring strategies.
