Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the execution of sustainable capital projects (40–100 million TIC) ensuring safety, quality and profitability targets. You’ll guide cross‑functional teams, manage contracts and baselines, and drive proposal activity in a globally respected engineering firm. - Lead project execution per contract

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and supervise technical and commercial performance
- Verify safety, quality, cost, and productivity requirements across locations
- Participate in technical and commercial proposals (estimating, planning, strategy)Responsabilidades
- 4-year university degree in engineering or technical discipline with 8+ years related experience, or 12 years equivalent experience
- Proven experience leading engineering/construction/EPCm projects in the petrochemical sector for clients such as Repsol, BP, BASF
- Strong communication skills with diverse stakeholders (management, clients, suppliers, contractors)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Sufficient technical knowledge to manage full project lifecycle
