Software Engineer (Full Stack)

Position Overview
The candidate will design and develop application code, implement technical solutions, and configure applications in response to business needs. To meet the requirements of the business, the candidate will actively participate in the technical design and architecture of the application or its components, propose appropriate solutions and promote re‑usability of existing components. The candidate should have deep knowledge of systems and applications under their control, manage changes, and collaborate in the technical analysis, implementation, and testing of approved projects. The candidate will also participate in application maintenance tasks. The role will involve applications based on mid‑range technology such as Java and Angular.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Technical design, programming, and testing
* New projects, enhancements, and maintenance of a set of applications
* Meeting IT application life cycle standards in ongoing enhancements and maintenance
* Aligning application changes with the strategy and technology roadmap
* Identifying and managing risk and issues associated with the application
* Ensuring maximum operational availability and stability
* Maintaining cost efficiency
Your Skills And Experiences
* English and Spanish advanced required
* Knowledge and experience with systems and end‑to‑end processes
* Experience in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript analysis and programming is a must
* Experience in JEE or other Java frameworks (Java, Spring Boot), Angular, React
* Knowledge of markup languages: XML, JSON/GraphQL
* Experience developing REST services
* Experience in application solutions from a technological perspective; ability to understand key aspects of platforms and infrastructure and create effective solutions
* Solid knowledge of software engineering, design patterns and architectural principles
* Development background with demonstrated analytical experience
* Experience analyzing existing systems from high‑level architecture to application code review
* Experience with technical documentation, architectural diagrams, component flows, and use cases
* Demonstrable DevOps‑oriented mindset
* Experience with testing and QA tools
* Solid technical knowledge and ability to understand complex business processes and workflows
* Teamwork capacity with multidisciplinary teams
* Leadership and communication skills
* High commitment and results‑focused attitude
* Ability to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and plan tasks
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Knowledge of application development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
